Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years in the insurance brokerage business

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in the insurance brokerage business, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of the insurance market in Uganda
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in risk assessment and decision-making
