Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Documentation, record keeping and filling of sponsor relation issues.
• Carryout beneficiary home visits, school visits and follow ups.
• Do child development programing for all the beneficiaries.
• Advocate for all the beneficiaries and be a voice for them as well as their caregivers.
• Coordinate all planned sponsor visits for the registered children
• Taking photos of beneficiaries for purposes of updates. Requirements:
• Ensuring effective relationship between beneficiary and sponsors through letter writing.
• Take responsibility over distribution of children’s gifts and ensure 100% delivery.

Minimum qualification
• Required will be diploma in development studied, social work, Education, Business Administration, social sciences or any other related field.
• Applicant must be born again
• Married applicants must possess the married certificate.
• Must have computer skills Good written and strong verbal communication skills.
• Filling and updating beneficiary. Must have good interpersonal skills information.
• Conducting and monitoring the implementation of the curriculum programming.
• Implementing day to day running of project SDR activities for achievement of sponsor child relationship. Responsible for the socio-emotional development of the beneficiaries.
• Take responsibility in maintaining child participation in the development programs at the project.
