Role Description
We seek a qualified and experienced Principal/Teacher to join our team. As Principal/ Cambridge Teacher, you will be responsible for the overall management of the school, and staff and you will spend at least 40% of the time teaching students.
Responsibilities
• Overall leadership and management of the school.
• Teach students according to the school’s curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
• Plan and participate in school events and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience in a Cambridge or other international school.
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong and fast computer skills (primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
