Abaana Ministries, a Christian NGO supporting vulnerable children, is recruiting.

Title and duties: Education Coordinator – Supporting the quality of education and the management structures of partner primary schools supported by Abaana in Eastern, Northern and Central Uganda (17 to date).

Duty station: The office is based in Kira, Wakiso, with regular short-term travel upcountry.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Degree in Education.
• Minimum Diploma (preferably post-grad) in project planning and management or human resource management.
• Must be proficient in email, Word and Excel.

Experience
• At least 5 years work in a leadership position in a primary school (preferably headteacher level).
• At least 3 years work in a non-profit, faith-based setting.
• At least 2 years driving (manual and automatic preferred) with clean driving permit.
