Responsibilities
• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within required timeframe
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent tax planning, consulting and expertise
• Provide innovative tax planning advice and review of complex income tax assignments. Identify and mitigate all tax risks Liaise with accounting staff as a tax professional for the different assignments. Manage tax positions and tax compliance Issues
• Improve on processes of developing and Implementing tax best practices Manage and coordinate tax audits Prepare all tax reports as need maybe on a regular basis and handle all tax information as may be required.

Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Tax Manager Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns Knowledge of tax software and MS Office Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation Should also be a Tax Agent

Experience
• Minimum requirement: Minimum 7 years of work experience in tax administration Management track record of 3 years or more, with at least 3 years in relevant sector

Qualifications
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or Law:); Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Revenue Administration (PODITRA) or Advanced Diploma in Taxation (ADIT).
