Job Description


The Team Lead will manage projects, maintain relationships with partners, oversee revenue generation, and handle human resources. This role requires excellent communication, regular reporting, and data analysis. A keen interest in agriculture is important.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project & Partnership Management: Oversee projects and maintain partner relationships.
• Revenue Generation: Liaise with sales and marketing to manage sales of solar equipment, coffee, and rabbit products.
• Human Resources: Ensure staff welfare and manage
HR issues.
• Communication: Build communication channels with team members.
• Reporting: Compile, monthly reports on financial performance, HR, marketing, and operations. Prepare mid-year and end-of-year reports.
• Data Analysis: Work with the data team to collect and analyze impact data quarterly.
• Document Management: Manage and track digital documents with support from Admin and Finance teams.

On-Site Presence: Spend a minimum of three days per month at the primary farm production site.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in project management, preferably in agriculture or renewable energy.
• Skills: Strong project management, communication, leadership, and digital document management skills.
• Attributes: Proactive, interested in agriculture and renewable energy, eager to learn, and committed to sustainable development.
