Key Result Areas:
• Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, monitors, and associated cabling and hardware.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure that CCTV systems remain functional and up-to-date.
• Perform site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and ensure coverage of critical areas for surveillance.
• Configure and program CCTV systems for recording, including setting up motion detection and scheduling recording times. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CCTV systems, identifying hardware faults and software glitches.
• Provide training to clients on the operation of CCTV systems, including how to review footage, export video clips, and manage system settings.
• Implement network configurations for IP-based CCTV systems, ensuring secure and efficient data transmission.
• Coordinate with security personnel to provide video evidence and support investigations.
• Upgrade CCTV systems by integrating new technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Any other duties assigned by Network Administrator/IT Head.

Educational Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Knowledge of CCTV components i.e., new age surveillance cameras, Monitoring station, Cables and Routers, Video Recorders, Data storage and CCTV software.

Professional certification is an added advantage.
• 2 years relevant work experience in CCTV installation, maintenance and network configuration.

• Hands-on hardware/network troubleshooting experience.
