PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
Responsibility		% Contribution to job’s performance
	Developing Marketing Strategies Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.	30%
	Brand Management Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. Enhancing brand awareness and maintaining a strong brand identity.	20%
	Campaign Management Planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns. Measuring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results	15%
	Budget Management Allocating and managing the marketing budget effectively. Ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing ROI.	10%
	Team Leadership and Development Leading and mentoring the marketing team. Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.	10%
	Communication & Stakeholder Engagement To manage internal communications, including announcements and events Collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.	10%
	Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives	5%

JOB DIMENSIONS
Geographical scope	Uganda

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications	Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field.
Qualifications	CIM is an added advantage
Experience	2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience	Proficiency in computer skills
Business Understanding / Knowledge	Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques like content creation and google analytics
Languages	Proficiency in spoken and written English
