Job Description

Cooks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a certificate in Hotel & Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years experience in cookery in a luxurious Hotel or Instutional catering business.
Waitrons

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a certificate in
  • Hotel & Institutional Catering of food service management or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • At least 2 years experience in cookery in a luxurious Hotel or Instutional catering business.

Stores Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Stores Management or related course.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Stores
  • Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
  • Two (2) years experience in a medical setting.
