Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and locations
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock movement and ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering of stock
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and systems
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analyses for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management
• Train and supervise staff involved in inventory management tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar inventory management role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
