Key Responsibilities

– Handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally.

– Maintain accurate records and prepare portfolio reports.

– Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.

Qualifications

– Experience: Minimum of 1 year in debt collection services or related activities.

– Education: Degree in Business or any related field.

-Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

-Bonus: Training in debt collection or call center services is an added advantage.
