5. Capacity Building: Provide training and resources to enhance community members’ ability to address local issues.
6. Resource Mobilization: Secure funding, resources, and partnerships for community initiatives.
7. Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and make adjustments for effectiveness.
8. Collaboration: Build relationships with local organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.
9. Advocacy: Represent community interests and advocate for supportive policies and resources.
10. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on community development activities and outcomes.

• Educational Background and Skills:

• Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work and Social Administration, Arts, or Business Administration.
• Certificate in Administrative Officers Law Course or Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a public or reputable private organization.
• Basic understanding of Constitutional provisions relating to the Public Service.
• Effective coordination of meetings, organizing logistics, and strong networking and interpersonal skills.
