Key duties/responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers via
•    phone to promote loan products and generate sales.
•   Source referrals from existing customers to expand the client base.
•   Provide efficient after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
•   Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
•   Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
•   Contribute to customer retention efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
•   Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales.
• Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Telesales, customer service, or a related role.
• Residing in or near Bukoto, Kampala
