We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our team in Kampala for a full-time, on-site role. This position will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive informed business decisions. The Finance Analyst will monitor budgets, prepare detailed reports, reconcile accounts, review revenue streams, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and models to support strategic planning.
• Review revenue and daily rate variances to ensure financial accuracy.
• Reconcile receipts (including cash, mobile money, and card transactions) and investigate discrepancies.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Recommend improvements to accounting policies and processes to enhance efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance; ACCA or CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with experience in the hospitality industry considered an advantage.
• Strong skills in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office and hospitality or accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator.
