RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the vanilla curing (drying) process on-site
• Oversee and coordinate a team of workers involved in the curing process
• Ensure process accuracy, quality control, and production targets
• Work closely with the Uganda Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic background in Process Engineering, Production Engineering, Food Technology, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in a food processing plant or similar production environment
• Proven team leadership and management skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate – capable of working with production management and reporting systems
• Willingness to undergo full training on Vanilla Vida’s unique curing process
