On behalf of our client in the Media and Broadcasting Sector, we are looking for a competent and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to be based in Kampala
Reports To: Sales Director.
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda.
Job Summary: The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing corporate business through Advertising agencies and other corporate organizations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling the company’s airtime.
- Develop sales strategy.
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Keep the company’s corporate clients informed of the progress and changes in programmes.
- Develop and keep a database of corporate market intelligence.
- Maintain and develop links with advertising agencies and corporate advertisers.
- Develop and carry out marketable promotions with advertisers.
- Attend the monthly Heads of Department meetings.
- Create an evaluation and assessment system for Corporate Sales.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration or related field
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an advantage
- Five years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in marketing and sales of commercial Broadcasting is an advantage.
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
