Key Responsibilities

• Wrap and decorate gift hampers, boxes, and individual items to the highest luxury presentation standards.
• Ensure consistency in wrapping style, color themes, and branding across all gift packages.
• Maintain inventory of wrapping materials (ribbons, wrapping paper, boxes, tags, and accessories).
• Suggest creative wrapping ideas that enhance customer experience and add value to products.
• Inspect finished hampers for neatness, accuracy, and quality before delivery.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to meet client deadlines, especially during peak seasons.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization at the wrapping/packaging workstation.
