Job Description


WASSHA Africa Uganda Ltd is hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Officers (2) to support our expanding agent network.

Recruitment software solution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the bridge between agents/customers and WASSHA

  • Analyse sales history & boost agent performance via phone & MR feedback
  • Explain policies, drive higher sales, resolve issues promptly
  • Receive & troubleshoot incoming calls
  • Report queries to supervisor/management & follow-up until resolved

Support field Marketing Representatives (MRs)

  • Answer MR queries in real-time
  • Track daily task completion & send reminders
  • Follow MRs until EOD on assigned support tasks (per CSO Manual)

Job board platform

  • WASSHA Sales Dashboard | Google Maps | MR Task Tools
  • Update sales records | Issue commissions | Monitor MR progress

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • 1+ year call-center experience
  • Customer-service principles & practices
  • Computer literacy: typing, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

LANGUAGES

  • Must: Luganda ∙ English ∙ Lusoga
  • Bonus: Lulamoji or other local languages
