Deed Microfinance is expanding its operations and seeking three (3) energetic, ambitious and target-driven Sales Officers to join our growing team. If you are passionate about financial inclusion, customer service and community empowerment, this is your chance to build a fulfilling career with us.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Market and promote Deed Microfinance loan products to individuals and small businesses.
• Prospect and onboard new clients in assigned locations.
• Conduct preliminary loan assessments and collect required documentation.
• Build strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve set weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor client compliance and ensure timely loan repayments.
• Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Microfinance, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Previous sales or field marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive ability.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in the field and meet clients regularly.
• Ability to work independently while delivering results.
