Job Description


The HR Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership in human capital management, ensuring compliant policies, talent growth, and a high-performance culture. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, aligning HR functions with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate HR is a must/OD qualifications are a plus
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP) highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in NGO/non-profit or mission-driven settings
  • Strong knowledge of Uganda labor laws, HR compliance, and organizational development
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, HR policy, and employee relations
