Position: FIELD OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

> Mobilize and onboard farmers into AgroSupply programs

> Support farmers with field guidance and product information

> Conduct village meetings, trainings, and follow-ups

> Collect accurate field data and report weekly

> Responsible for sales and marketing of Agro products

Requirements

> Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field

> Strong communication & community mobilization skills

> Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid riding permit

> Willingness to work in rural areas and travel frequently

> Passionate about supporting smallholder farmers

> Fluency in English and Luo is preferred
