Job Description


The Procurement Coordinator will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle to ensure cost-efficiency and sustainability. Reporting to the General Manager, this role oversees sourcing, supplier relationships, and inventory to ensure seamless camp operations and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least five (5) years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the safari industry and remote camp logistics.
  • Proven negotiation skills and a high degree of commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
