Job Description


Join a fast-growing company in Solar Energy and Security Solutions expanding its commercial team. We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives who understand structured sales, corporate engagement, and revenue growth.

This is a strategic commercial role with strong performance expectations and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth in residential and commercial segments
  • Manage key accounts and high-value clients
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals
  • Strong B2B network and relationship management skills
  • Ability to meet structured revenue targets
  • Experience in Solar, Energy, Electrical, Security Systems, Construction, or related technical fields (added advantage)
  • Bike riding experience (added advantage)
