Applicants who are to apply MANUALLY should fill the Public Service Form 3 (PSF 3, Revised 2008) in triplicate and attach CERTIFIED copies of academic documents, copy of National Identity Card, Identity Cards of schools and institutions attended, Curriculum Vitae, 3 recent colored passport size photographs and any other relevant documents deemed necessary. These applications should be addressed and hand delivered to the Secretary, District Service Commission, Mbarara. The application forms can be obtained from the District Service Commission and Chief Administrative Officers’ offices countrywide.

• Create/have a functional mail address and keep your password safe, provide valid telephone numbers.
• Attach a scanned colored passport photograph.

  • Certified academic documents (UCE, UACE, Professional Certificates and transcripts of certificate courses, diplomas, degrees, masters)
  • Employment record where necessary (Appointment letters, confirmation and promotions)
  • Registration Certificates and practicing licenses for professionals who are required by law to register with professional councils/government.
  • National Identity Cards are a MUST and Institutional IDs.
