Roles & Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, and specials

3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff

4. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently

5. Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

Qualifications

1. Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred)

2. High school certificate or equivalent

3. Training in hospitality or food service is an added advantage
