On behalf of our client, we are hiring Coffee Buyers to lead high-volume coffee procurement by building direct farmer relationships and managing sourcing from hulling centers across multiple locations in Uganda.

REQUIREMENTS

Familiarity with the area coffee operations as well as hulling centres

Strong knowledge of coffee grading, quality standards, and post-harvest handling

Experience working with farmer groups, cooperatives, and rural supply chains

Familiarity with regional coffee market pricing trends is an added advantage

Valid riding permit or driving license is highly preferred
