Job Summary

The Compensation Supervisor is responsible for administering the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive remuneration practices, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with finance.
  • Monitor statutory deductions and compliance.
  • Prepare compensation reports and workforce cost analysis.
  • Support annual salary review processes.
  • Ensure accurate employee benefits administration.
  • Maintain compensation records and HRIS data.
  • Recommend improvements to compensation structures.
  • Support budgeting and workforce planning.

Qualifications &Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in compensation, payroll, or rewards management.
  • Experience using payroll systems is essential.
