At Reelanalytics, we monitor 100+ broadcast streams across Uganda, around the clock. None of that works without the people who keep our systems, machines, and networks running smoothly. We’re looking for someone to join that team in Kampala, Uganda.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role
• Comfort working across both Linux and Windows.
• Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring, backups, antivirus, and security tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
• The ability to work independently, juggle several support requests, and still meet deadlines.
