Responsibilities:

Responsible for liaison and technical guidance with outgrower farmers, ensuring that farmers’ cane planting and supply meet factory requirements.

Visit farmers regularly to understand planting situations and provide guidance on cultivation techniques.

Check the quality and maturity of farmers’ cane, and arrange harvest plans.

Coordinate the resolution of issues during the cane delivery process by farmers.

Publicize the company’s policies and regulations to farmers, and maintain cooperative relationships.
