About US:

Mastermind Consult Ltd is a Human Resources consultancy firm in Uganda run by qualified Human Resource management professionals, dedicated to helping organizations meet their people management needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, Issuing and take Custody of all store items as required.
  • Store process management by updating stock cards and maintaining perpetual inventory.
  • Issue items out of the stores against properly authorized requisitions.
  • Drafting monthly store reports.(Stock taking).
  • Help out in the Procurement Process of goods and services for the company.
  • Arranging and Organizing of the store in accordance with the set standards.
  • Ensure Cleanliness and neatness of the stores.
  • Track all items dispatched from the stores to ensure they reach their Final Destination.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Stores or a related field.
    At least two years of related work experience
    ·        Knowledge of SAP
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
