Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • New software implementation and ensuring smooth and efficient IT support.
  • Set up maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, phones, tablets and other IT peripherals.
  • Coordinate with all program staffs in any IT assistance needed.
  • Ensure that 100% Community Health Promoters (CHPs)are able to use M Health application and all necessary support of HMIS.
  • Ensure implementation, application of software piloting.
  • Ensuring the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The BRAC IT Officer must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business computing or a related field (Testimonials will not be allowed).
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in IT and training or related fields.
  • Knowledge in software and hardware trouble shooting.
  • Flexibility to work and travel long distances in remote areas.
  • Must have strong problem solving ability.
