Tujijenge Financial Services Ltd, a growing Microfinance institution operating in Eastern region with 4 branches at Busia, Mbale, Soroti and Namayingo is looking for proactive, strong, mature, Self-driven persons of high integrity and ethical values to fill the following position;

Management Consultant
Duty station – Mbale Head Office with regular visits to other branches.. .

Overall duties and responsibilities:

is to strengthen Tujijenge systems and management team in preparation for further growth and potential licensing to take deposits.

Minimum requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy environment
• Good knowledge oi computer software and applicability of accounting packages
• Good analytical and interpretational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in micro-finance and/ or commercial banking is highly desirable
