Job Summary:

The Community Support Intern-EFE Program will ensure the smooth running of the EFE project. The successful candidate will assist with answering the phones, directing beneficiaries to the necessary stores, and hearing queries from both beneficiaries and duka owners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily calling of EFE beneficiaries and solving setbacks that may arise
• Stock replenishment for EFE beneficiaries
• Managing EFE accounts

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in both English and Luganda
• Have a good general understanding of locations in Kampala
• Have good telephone etiquette;
• Computer literate (as they will be updating excel sheets);
• Able to remain calm under pressure;
• Ready to start working immediately
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
