Job Description
Location: Kampala – to start as soon as possible
Developing solid partnerships is essential for Lapaire’s growth. The Partnership Manager will work closely with the Country Director and Regional Director in order to implement the partnership strategy in the country.
His job will be composed of 3 main tasks
Build strong partnerships
- Generate contacts of potential partners, going off the beaten tracks
- Reach out and meet with potential partners, finding the convincing arguments
- Build tight and durable relationships with partners
- Value any partners independently of their size
Manage partnership projects from A to Z
- Plan vision test events with partners according to team availability
- Negotiate payment terms with partners
- Organize vision test events (communication, schedule, location & equipment)
- Send clear and complete reports to your manager
Set-up and boost your team
- Hire and train a small sales team, sharing your experience and knowledge
- Drive your team smartly to overpass objectives and ensure daily follow-up
Candidate profile
Graduated from a University degree with at least 3 years of professional experience.
Significant experiences in sales and team management are a must !
Ability to manage several projects at a time, taking into consideration priorities and constraints.
Expert in Microsoft and Google suites, and strong appeal for working with new technologies.
