Job Description


Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Providing secretarial and administrative support, including typing, minute taking, filing, data input, maintenance and management of information held by the Company as may be required.

– Preparing and maintaining full and accurate financial records of all transactions carried out on behalf of the Company to include preparing monthly estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management to ensure that effective management and accountability procedures are in place for the control and management of the authorised budget;

– Reviewing and composing correspondences/reports for the directors’ signature;

– Maintaining business premises and other facilities including plant machinery and equipment in good condition;
