Job Description:
• Operating a turning lathe machine
• Responsible for manufacturing metal components and assembling them to construct tools, industrial machinery, and machine components.
• Study assembly specifications to perform the most efficient order of processes required for specific projects.
• Measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design.
• Identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Mounting and dismounting work pieces on/from lathe
• Performing roughing and finishing operations
• Checking finished pieces to ensure compliance with technical drawings

Required Skills:
• Diploma/certificate from industrial training
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Able to use manual and CNC turning lathes
• Knowledge of industrial machining techniques
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and procedures
• Strong manual skills.
• Good communications skills
