Job Description


Job Purpose: 

Responsible for supporting the Marketing and selling of Company properties with the aim of building a strong positive brand image of NHCC, Customer base and identifying opportunities for growing sales volume, market shares and profitability to grow future business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in developing marketing strategies for Company projects.
  2. Sells Company properties/products that NHCC acquires and develops for sale.
  3. Participate in developing marketing plans for consideration and approval by the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  4. Compile, update customer databank, forward to supervisor and follow up on them to ensure increased sales for Company properties/products.
  5. Report customer complaints promptly and ensure follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Prepares and submits monthly and adhoc reports on sales made, customer interactions, and any other related issues/feedback
  7. Perform any other duties as may, be assigned from time to time, by the Sales, Marketing & Customer Care Assistant.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree Business Administration (Majoring in Marketing), International Business Relations, or Marketing or a closely related and relevant discipline from a recognized University.
  2. Possession of Specialized training in Customer Service and Care, from a recognized institution will be an added advantage
  3. Proven knowledge and skills in application of MS Office Packages (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential)
  4. Relevant working experience of two (2) years, as a Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Assistant or in a similar position, in a large and reputable public or private sector organization.
