Job Description


The key responsibilities would entail:
• Follow up with Origin/ Suppliers for Shipment documents
• Preparing Export St Import Documents.
• File shipment documents in time with Bank.
• Creating purchase order St sales order
• Co-ordination with various inter department for shipment related activities.
• Forecast St Planning import of commodities at 3rd party warehouse level
• Managing inventory at 3rd party warehouse level.
• Managing Ex-warehouse distribution
• Arrange Ex-warehouse sampling repacking/transportation
• MIS — Prepare report at Global level for shipment. Inventory Report, In/Out bound report.
• Coordination between Customer, 3rd party warehouses, 3rd party transport service providers.
• Strong Negotiation with 3rd party Transport St Shipping line for freight

Desired:
• Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, Procurement, Transport and logistics Or related discipline.
• Preferably agro-commodity distribution background
