Job Title: Supervisor — Domestic Electrical Bungalow 01 Post

Reporting to the Superintendent – Electrical (Bungalow) and;

Will be responsible for:
• Maintaining swimming pool temperature up to date in all the Bungalows
• Monitoring Saunas and Steam bath’s in all the Bungalows.
• Periodically servicing all the A/C’s and Refrigerator cooling systems and monitoring them
• Maintaining the airstrip electrical system.
• Monitoring all the electrical gadgets in the bungalows and carrying out preventive maintenance on daily basis.
• Monitoring the work and performance of the subordinate staff in order to achieve maximum output levels.
• Handling and settling subordinates’ complaints and grievances on work related issues in order to create and maintain a peaceful working environment.
• Carrying out on the job training or subordinate staff in handling newly introduced technology and safety aspects
• Preparing and submitting relevant periodic reports about the maintenance activities and work in the progress in Bungalow.
• Initiating requisition for spares and materials and keeping records of issued materials and their utilization.
• Adhering to and enforcing the Safety, Health and Environment policy of the company.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Superintendent – Electrical (Bungalow/Management) from time to time. Please note that you may be required to work anywhere within the company.

Qualifications:
Applicants should be holder of any of the following:
• A Diploma in electrical engineering or its equivalent. A certificate in basis supervisory management is an added advantage.

Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of five (5) years hands on experience as a maintenance technician with knowledge in electrical safety regulations, electrical power handling principles, first treatment for electric shocks, electrical engineering maintenance procedures, good analytical and quick fault detection skills, good supervisory skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
