DUTY STATION: KAMPALA
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To collect information, identifying relevant insights and compiling analytical reports that enable Management make sound decisions and retain the integrity and security of the information collected and reports compiled

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Keeping an up-to-date back-up of information for Business Continuity Management.
• Prepare a reconciliation of the monthly collections with the monthly expectation.
• Prepare a report of the daily and weekly collections and payments. Ensure that month end GL reconciliations are done timely in the Accounting System. Preparation of Board Packs.
• Preparation of Board Packs. Preparation of Annual Budgets. Collate Monthly commission computations (Reconciliations & collections).
• Collate Monthly Submissions with PDMS data (Deletions, Top-up & New Addition).
• Analyse the trust account in comparison with the PDMS reports and assess whether reconciliations are done effectively.
• Compile data in any form as may be requested for by internal audit, external audit and any other third party as guided by your supervisor.
• Any other duties as many be assigned to you from time to time

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• A degree in statistics, economics, commerce, business computing, ICT or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Computer literacy with emphasis on spreadsheets.
• Certifications in data analysis (added advantage)
