Position holder will be responsible for review of payments and provision of high-quality financial information consistent with PEPFAR policies, procedures, applicable to the laws and standards of financial management and meet the interests of all the project’s stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must have a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting) OR BBA (Accounting) plus full professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA.
• S/he will have 5 years,’ experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing field, 2 of which are in middle management positions.
• S/he must have demonstrable knowledge of donor financial accounting procedures (multi donor reporting) and clear understanding of GoU and IAS/AFRS accounting requirements.
• Hands-on-computer skills in MS Word and at least two accounting packages (including QuickBooks) are a requirement for this job.
