Job Description


PalmPay is a Pan-African fintech company currently operating in Ghana, Nigeria and expanding to other markets in Uganda. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills and shop online.

Responsibilities:

  • Office & Facility Management
  • Procurement & Asset Management
  • Vendor & Service Provider Coordination
  • Travel, Logistics & Event Support
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Administrative Reporting & Support

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in administration, preferably within a corporate/private sector environment
  • Strong knowledge of Ugandan statutory and regulatory compliance, including occupational safety, licensing, and procurement practices
  • Experience working with ERP systems, procurement software, or administrative tools (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho)
