Minimum Qualification Applicants should be Ugandans in possession of a Diploma in Mineral Resource Management; or Surveying; or Mining; or Engineering; or Land Management from a recognized University / Institution. Working Experience Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Engineering Officer for performing the following duties:-

• Participating in awareness campaigns and sensitization in the mining industry;
• Participating in the promotion of best mining practices;
• Assisting in updating the Mining Cadaster and Registry System and e-government portal;
• Participating in the review of applications for mineral rights and licenses;
• Advising miners on storage and use of explosives;
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
