Job Description
Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited is part of Mehta Group of Companies and one of the leading producers of Lugazi Sugar in the Country. It’s located at 45kms on Kampala – Jinja Highway, just within the vicinity of Lugazi Municipal Council, Buikwe District. We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified persons to fill the following position.
Position: Asst Manager-Instrumentation
No. of Positions: 1 .
Qualifications
• BSc Degree in instrumentation or electronics/ Higher Diploma in instrumentation and/electronics
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
• Should have good knowledge of Handling of smart Field instruments like DP transmitters, Level transmitter, flow meters, Pressure transmitters, Mag flow meters
• Should have good knowledge about interpretation P&ID, PFD etc.
• Familiar to DCS.
• Proficiency in handling all type of Motorized valve, Control Valve, Smart positioners of all makes
• Proficiency in handling lab Equipment like pH meter, Conductivity meter, Bomb calorimeter etc.,
