Job Description


The Bike Sales Representative uses a motorcycle to access and service hard-to-reach retail outlets and smaller shops in congested or remote areas. The role focuses on high-frequency visits, order-taking, and light delivery to ensure maximum market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ride a company-assigned motorcycle to cover an assigned sales territory.
  • Visit high-volume of small retail outlets daily to sell products and take orders.
  • May perform light delivery of products directly to customers.
  • Focus on achieving coverage targets and ensuring “out-of-stock” situations are minimized.
  • Collect cash payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide market intelligence from grassroots levels.
  • Ensure the motorcycle is well-maintained and used safely.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • KCSE Certificate.
  • Prior experience in field sales is beneficial.
  • Must have a valid motorcycle riding license.
  • Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Good knowledge of the local territory.
