Budgeting & Reporting Officer

Job Description
• Monitoring postings on critical accounts (FX gains & losses, product losses,…)
• Controlling and reporting on a monthly basis actual fixed costs versus budgeted data
• Analysing and proposing areas of improvement to reduce fixed costs
• Reporting delays in postings of monthly fixed expenses
• Collecting data for the budget
• Preparing ad-hoc reports for management
• Managing Profit & cost centre master data in SAP
• Controlling allocation cycles in SAP (Both PCA and NCA)
• Managing vendor master data in SAP in liaison with SSC
• Manage / Follow up on the Investment budget (Investment module management, F.C.A’s, Liquidations)
• Participate in the monthly stock take

Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Strong experience in different business areas of the company

Other Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills with strict adherence to deadlines
• Strong functional skills in IT systems and Excel
