Social Lend Africa Tech Limited is a fintech company in Kampala, focusing on Peer-to-Business (P2B) lending using AI-powered technology. The company offers a mobile application with an efficient credit decisioning engine for lenders and accessible funding for small businesses. By leveraging technology, we streamline the lending process to benefit borrowers with lower interest rates and fees, helping small businesses grow and succeed.

Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Administrator at Social Lend Africa. The Business Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day business operations, including managing administrative tasks, assisting with financial activities, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Business Administration and Business Management skills
  • Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is an added advantage
