Job Description
Join a fast-growing company in Solar Energy and Security Solutions expanding its commercial team. We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives who understand structured sales, corporate engagement, and revenue growth.
This is a strategic commercial role with strong performance expectations and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Drive revenue growth in residential and commercial segments
- Manage key accounts and high-value clients
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Strong B2B network and relationship management skills
- Ability to meet structured revenue targets
- Experience in Solar, Energy, Electrical, Security Systems, Construction, or related technical fields (added advantage)
- Bike riding experience (added advantage)
