Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of BondRich’s services and solutions by engaging key Directors and Managers of small, medium to large companies and top leaders of national and international NGO’s and public sector organisations. The role is purely focused on new business and is suited to people who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful business outcomes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and develop a business development plan to achieve the business mission.
• Organize events and business development campaigns to promote Bondrich services and Solutions.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
• Develop new business relationships with potential clients, generate and negotiate new revenue streams for Bondrich.
• Respond to tenders by preparing technical proposals, expression of interest and pre-qualification documents for services offered by Bondrich Advisory Group.
• Presenting Bondrich to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, presentations, telephone calls and emails communication channels.
• Timely assess clients’ requirements, risks and challenges and generate proposals that reflect Bondrich standards.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with both new and existing customers
• Meet prospective clients to assess their needs, provide a proposal and follow up until the deal is closed.
• Generate regular reports on business development opportunities
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
• The ideal candidate must hold degree in business related field from a recognized
• Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
• Proven knowledge of and experience in sales of HR consulting Services.
• Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
• Confidence to present a tailored presentation to potential client team by effectively using a range of presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets by generating leads and asking probing questions.
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resource and management Consulting services and Solutions.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools / sector specific targeting and cold calling.
• A detailed knowledge of search engine / on line marketing / social networks to market Bondrich Solutions.
