We are expanding across Africa and have recently been licensed for Crypto trading in South Africa and see Uganda as a key country within the region.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist the setup of local entity, opening bank accounts, FX broker accounts, crypto exchange accounts, and onboard with payment processors
• Handle local company’s administrative tasks
• Work closely with global operation team for the local operation
• As a local representative, building up the relationship with banks, brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto merchants and payment processors
• Develop crypto OTC business targeting HNW investors, institutional investors or merchants, and individual traders in the local market
• Proactively stay up to date about market trends, opportunities, risk and new projects, with a passion for the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry
• Appoint as nominee director of the local entity

Requirements
• Prior work experience in the banking, FX or cryptocurrency with a firm understanding of trading products and trade life cycles
• Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Flexible mindset to adapt to fast-changing market and new work tasks
• Detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to handle various projects independently
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
